They're these pink and gold things. They go on your ears— [ cupping her hands over her ears, she demonstrates ] —and you can hide them with your hair. I got them for a present. They had this little control stick thing and you could make everything quiet so noises couldn't bother you.

Oh....[he rubs the back of his neck] No, I don't got anything like that. Just some earplugs.

I can have them made again. Tony Stark made them last. Mayhaps he will again.

It's when two people go on a date, but they don't know who they're going on a date with until the date starts.

[ she pats soul cleaver where it sits next to needle. drawing it, she holds it out grabbing the blade with her hand. ]

Dull, right? Hardly any more than a toy sword. Watch this.

[ she pulls out a handkerchief from her pocket. flicking the switch under the cross guard, she lays the handkerchief over the edge. it slips down to the floor, sliced cleanly in two with no effort on her part. she turns it off before picking up the fallen pieces. ]

It can cut through metal too. He made it skinny like me. [ made perfect for her small hand and relying on trickery over brute strength like she does. ]

Yeah- [He watches, his eyes widening with that little presentation.]

- Whoa! How does it do that?!

[wolfchild]

It vibrates! The blade does. But only when it is switched on. Until then it cuts nothing. You can hold it if you like.

[wilder]

Vibrates? And that makes it cut things?

[He'll offer his hand]

Sure, I'll check it out.

That's what he said. I don't really understand how it works except it does.

[ she lets him have it with a brief warning. ] Don't move that switch. There. Under the crossguard.
