I'm one of the most controlled people I know. This shouldn't be bad. [Sort of. He can control himself quite well but right now he's more interested in pushing his new limits.]

[He sighs though, an almost-pout crossing his lips at the idea before he more or less pushes himself up without using his hands in one fluid motion.] You said you wanted to test something, right?

[wilder]

Heh. I'll take your word for it! [He doesn't feel strongly one way or another, but we'll see man]

Mmhmm! [But he doesn't explain exactly what. Instead he starts examining Ryan, circling around him- seeing if there's any physical changes to see like height, weight, hairstyle change. You know, stuff that's bound to change a little over 5 months for a teenager]

[choreographics]

[…it doesn't take him long to figure out what Zelos is doing, so he stands still. Five months isn't that long of a time, but the most obvious changes are that his hair's a tiny bit longer (he hasn't cut it since he moved to New York, actually) and he's slimmed down to pretty much nothing but lean muscle. His height's still the same, topping off at about 5'7" but his posture's a little more rigid.

Other than that? Still the same Ryan.]

…I'm not a clone. I promise. [A beat.] I mean I kind of am, but that's sort of the whole point of being a twin.

[wilder]

[He snorts at that remark, but keeps doing what he was doing. But don't worry, soon he'll pull away]

That kinda sucks. Gone five months and you didn't even grow an inch.

But, you're definitely different.

[choreographics]

I don't think I'd be nearly as flexible if I were much taller though. [It's cool bro. Just don't ask weird questions like why there's a tiny bit of bruising around his collarbone. No big, really.]

How can you even really tell?

[wilder]

Yeah, you're probably right. [Plz. You actually think Zelos Wilder doesn't know what a hickey is? That's just cute.]

[Also that you think he'll give a straight answer]

Hmm...I have eyes?

[choreographics]

[Sac. Ri. Liege. He just rolls his eyes though.]

I have eyes, too, but that doesn't mean I notice anything really different about me. It's only been a few months. Don't be ridiculous.

[wilder]

Of course you wouldn't notice! You've been with yourself every day!

[Duh!]

I take it that school's got you working out a lot more? I hope you're eating properly.

[choreographics]

You're starting to sound like my mom. Or Kelsi. [He just smirks and deflects the statement, even going as far as being a little bratty and spinning in a full, slow pirouette.]

It's tough. Juilliard's really, really tough and I'm practicing a lot but I guess that was just preparing me to come back here. You'd be surprised how handy being bendy and agile is.

[wilder]

Hey, watch it. I'm not nearly old enough to be your parent.

[so rude you youngster]

Heh, oh, believe me - [in a rather suggestive tone] I know.

[choreographics]

Whatever. [Sorry man you're still at least 6 years older than he is.] I even had a birthday while I was gone and you're still way older than I am.

[…a pause…] You're trying to mess with me, aren't you?

[wilder]

Oh yeah? Just how old do you think I am?

[Very innocently!] What ever do you mean, Ryan?

[choreographics]

Oh. Uh…I don't know, like late twenties? [Actually he never thought about it. He sort of just assumed, oops.] Maybe like ten years older than me.

[Sulksulksulk and maybe a little bit of an embarrassed look.] Zelos. Seriously…I don't want to think about all of your…your sexual prowess or whatever.

[wilder]

Hey! Try mid-twenties!

[RUDE. And means you totally deserve this teasing.]

Wow, you're thinking about me in bed? That's really something Ryan.

[choreographics]

Oh. [Thinking about that…] You're still old though.

[Goddamnit no. …well…he wasn't going to t--okay no god, this is Zelos and that's so not okay! He's definitely flustered though.] Oh my god shut up, that's not what I meant!

[Let's flip this around on him though.] Are you done checking me out?

[wilder]

Ouch. [Slumps his shoulders]

[Yep, Zelos is ENTIRELY amused by the flustering. He won't even bother to hide the grin. And yeah, flipping it around? Isn't very effective. He doesn't even seem phased by the wording.]

Hm? Oh yeah, sure! I saw what I needed!

[choreographics]

I'm still not even sure what you were looking for. [That's not fair. He's still not used to not getting his way.]

[wilder]

[DEAL WITH IT]

[choreographics]

Evidence that I went home, or evidence that I'm still five-foot-seven?

[wilder]

...Both?

[choreographics]

[An eyeroll.] You could at least pretend to be helpful. [But that's probably not in Zelos' nature.]

Anyway...I'm gonna ask Korra if maybe she can teach me a few tricks. Think she'll say yes?

[wilder]

Why? So people can feel like they can come to me for help?

[RATHER BE LAZY TYVM.]

You mean ask her to show off some bending of her tricks? [he snorts] Yeah, I think you'll have no trouble there.

[choreographics]

I kinda asked you for help and you showed up. [So. Yes.] You tell me.

Yeah, exactly! ...she's kind of a show-off but that's what I like about her. It's something to work toward. [A shrug follows.] Besides, I need something to break up my sword training.

[wilder]

Yeah, but...you're you. I'm not sure I could do anything to scare you off.

[Is that a compliment or sass, it's so hard to tell with Zelos sometimes]

Heh, it is part of her charm. [He perks up a little] You're taking sword training?

[choreographics]

I've spent my whole life with my sister. Not a lot scares me at this point.

[There's just the slightest bit of a biting edge to that statement but he still looks pretty amicable all the same. But he recognizes that interest and so he nods.]

Yeah. Lancelot--have you met him? Anyway he was offering lessons last month and so I sort of just went for it. I don't want to be useless here, you know? So I'm sort of practicing on my own. I'm getting a lot better but I don't really have a sparring partner most of the time.
