Oh yeah? Just how old do you think I am?

[Very innocently!] What ever do you mean, Ryan?

[choreographics]

Oh. Uh…I don't know, like late twenties? [Actually he never thought about it. He sort of just assumed, oops.] Maybe like ten years older than me.

[Sulksulksulk and maybe a little bit of an embarrassed look.] Zelos. Seriously…I don't want to think about all of your…your sexual prowess or whatever.

[wilder]

Hey! Try mid-twenties!

[RUDE. And means you totally deserve this teasing.]

Wow, you're thinking about me in bed? That's really something Ryan.

[choreographics]

Oh. [Thinking about that…] You're still old though.

[Goddamnit no. …well…he wasn't going to t--okay no god, this is Zelos and that's so not okay! He's definitely flustered though.] Oh my god shut up, that's not what I meant!

[Let's flip this around on him though.] Are you done checking me out?

[wilder]

Ouch. [Slumps his shoulders]

[Yep, Zelos is ENTIRELY amused by the flustering. He won't even bother to hide the grin. And yeah, flipping it around? Isn't very effective. He doesn't even seem phased by the wording.]

Hm? Oh yeah, sure! I saw what I needed!

[choreographics]

I'm still not even sure what you were looking for. [That's not fair. He's still not used to not getting his way.]

[wilder]

[DEAL WITH IT]

[choreographics]

Evidence that I went home, or evidence that I'm still five-foot-seven?

[wilder]

...Both?

[choreographics]

[An eyeroll.] You could at least pretend to be helpful. [But that's probably not in Zelos' nature.]

Anyway...I'm gonna ask Korra if maybe she can teach me a few tricks. Think she'll say yes?

[wilder]

Why? So people can feel like they can come to me for help?

[RATHER BE LAZY TYVM.]

You mean ask her to show off some bending of her tricks? [he snorts] Yeah, I think you'll have no trouble there.

[choreographics]

I kinda asked you for help and you showed up. [So. Yes.] You tell me.

Yeah, exactly! ...she's kind of a show-off but that's what I like about her. It's something to work toward. [A shrug follows.] Besides, I need something to break up my sword training.

[wilder]

Yeah, but...you're you. I'm not sure I could do anything to scare you off.

[Is that a compliment or sass, it's so hard to tell with Zelos sometimes]

Heh, it is part of her charm. [He perks up a little] You're taking sword training?

[choreographics]

I've spent my whole life with my sister. Not a lot scares me at this point.

[There's just the slightest bit of a biting edge to that statement but he still looks pretty amicable all the same. But he recognizes that interest and so he nods.]

Yeah. Lancelot--have you met him? Anyway he was offering lessons last month and so I sort of just went for it. I don't want to be useless here, you know? So I'm sort of practicing on my own. I'm getting a lot better but I don't really have a sparring partner most of the time.

[wilder]

Heh. Fair enough.

[Sisters are scary man. His included]

Yeah, I think I remember him. But good for you! Sword's a good weapon, I use it too. Though I wouldn't be a good sparring partner, it's better to get someone closer to your level.

[choreographics]

[Oh Zelos. Zelos, did you really mean to challenge him like that? He's suddenly gaining a pretty perplexed look, lifting an eyebrow in response.]

What makes you think I couldn't handle your level?

[wilder]

Well, I have been training since I was a little boy...and I got a lot of field experience too.

[And there was the whole angel thing, but why mention that?]

[choreographics]

I've been training in different things since I was a kid, too. You'd be surprised how helpful dancing is to sword training. All I'm saying is that I'm a pretty fast learner. Lancelot even said so.

[wilder]

Heh.

[He looks like he's thinking of patting Ryan on the head- but he stops himself, because the kid is still all wet]

Just keep training. Get strong, okay?

[choreographics]

[Yeah, he gets that implication. It kind of pisses him off (and it sort of vaguely reminds him of Sharpay's reaction to his work in the senior musical but at this point what doesn't.)]

How strong do I have to get in order to take you on?

[wilder]

Why? Thinking of taking me out sometime?

[Said so lightly]

Maybe! Is that a problem?
