[Holy shit, she had not expected for it to be right now! But she joins in, not bothering to be intentionally bad. It's at least a good distraction from how awful she feels about what happened.]

[Competition mode initiated. She tries again, this time putting as much effort as she can into being absolutely awful. She's almost shrilly with a few notes.]

[Rising to the occasion, she tries to match his off-key awfulness as much as possible while also attempting to be worse than him at it. A couple of her notes are shrill this time around, and--hey, this is actually pretty fun!]
