That wasn't a joke. I really do need it off my hands, before I start trying to add more... if I keep doing that, it'll get too weak and splinter. Not much relaxation in that.

[ you know, the thing is that riku has and hasn't been following instruction since weeks ago--he's certainly occupied himself, but rest is harder. honestly, rest has always been harder. so he might seem more tired when he actually comes face to face with kaneis, raising a hand in greeting. ]

Let's just put it this way- Sheena has a very serious lifestyle. There's a number of reasons why, but she's always gotta be strong, you know? Do her duty, help out her people, walk on her own two feet, so on and so on. She's not incapable of having fun, but well, you get the picture. It's tough for her to step out of that mindset.

So for a lazy, hedonistic, flirtatious smartass like me? Well, it's pretty easy to push the right buttons and get her flustered! Because her serious lifestyle doesn't make it easy to cope with that kind of person, you know?

[ somehow, riku's cheeks color and he rubs the back of his neck. he didn't know he and sheena were so similar--sure, he'd seen similarities between them before, but... duty, helping out her people--it sounded a lot like the same things he had to work for. ]
