Richter? ...No, he isn't. But there are members of the Vanguard, the organization he helped create, who would. Alice and Decus - if they ever appear here, they're the ones you might need to watch out for.

[Well that turned out well.]

I know it's hard to believe, but he's really not...all bad. And a lot of his actions were because I was threatening the world in the first place.

[Emil understands the extent of what Richter's done. He just can't bring himself to think badly of Richter, especially to someone who hasn't seen who Emil used to be. A lot of that change is because of Richter's help, after all.]

I'm not really a believer in ends justifying the means, Emil. Especially when it involves innocent people.

[So yeah. Thinking very low of Richter right now]

But hey, if you think he's not all bad I'll give him a chance. I'll leave him alone, let him prove himself.

However, if he does start trying to cause trouble, I would like to know just how strong he is in a fight.

[That's the best he can ask for. If Richter starts making trouble, Emil can't blame anyone for taking action. He hopes things won't come to that, though.]
