Sounds good to me. [She's never done the dinner and a movie thing before, but at least she knows what a movie is. Thanks, earth people.] ... You know, I don't think I've ever seen a movie before. Are there lots of different kinds, then?
[She's thinking in terms of plays, so like... romance, drama, comedy. That's it.]
Oh man, I can't wait to see how wrong it is. That's okay, though. I'm not used to ninjas being-- celebrated? I don't know if that's the word for it.
I went to a play in Meltokio once, you probably remember the one. The villain in the play was a ninja and a really nasty one at that. Poor and stupid and... you know. It left a really bad taste in my mouth.
[Sure is great being a lower class citizen, even lower than the poor people in Meltokio.]
[... Basically. She misses home, but that worry is behind her now that there's all that weird timey wimey shit she learned about in Exsilium. She can safely leave it to her other self, which is a weird thing to think about, but that's what it is.
[And then she can't finish that, because she's stuck giggling behind her other hand. Holy fuck. She hasn't laughed this hard in a long time, and it's embarrassing somehow, so she has to lean away a bit to try and compose herself.]
[Aw yeah he wins. He watches her laugh her head off and man, it's adorable and a great sound. He can't help but smile and laugh a little too at her reaction.]
[She smiles at him almost knowingly. As much as he hates admitting it, Zelos has always liked having a couple people to watch over. His roommates in Exsilium, the group at home... She still remembers all the glowing words she heard at that one party, about how he'd cook for them and stuff.]

[She brightens.]
Then it's official, that's what we're gonna watch.

[He snickers and squeezes her hand. Yaaaaais. He picked right]
Haha, already got one picked out!

[His home was full of problematic stories like that, really. Yet another reason not to miss the place, he supposes]
But don't worry! This thing is plenty wrong! I hear there's a fight scene done entirely in the air- because you know, ninjas can fly!

She looks at Kaneis incredulously.]
N... no? Oh man, this sounds ridiculous.

[he snickers]
Man, and here I thought your ribbon could act as a propeller or something.

What--

Yeah! Like those helicopter-thingys!

I'm gonna fly dinner at your face!
no subject
Hey don't try any flying tricks on the ship! There's not enough room!
[Which hey, looks like the Wonderduck is coming into view! Spoiler, it looks like
Serenity a duck]no subject
why is it phallic? why is everything phallic????]So that's the Wonderduck? It sure is a... wonder.

Ha-
Terrible name, but she's a good ship. I'll admit I've grown kinda attached.
no subject
You like your crew, huh?

no subject
...No, I meant the ship itself.
[No really, he barely knows the crew. They change so much man]
no subject
[Kaneis? MAKING FRIENDS? Never mind.]
My crew's not bad. Our pilot is really enthusiastic about space, though. It's like ruin mode all the time.
no subject
[Ruin mode? ALL the time??]
That's...terrifying. How could you even sustain that much energy long term?
no subject
[She shakes her head.]
He seems to eat about the same. Then again, everyone else is little girls, so...
no subject
[He's not sure he could handle that level of excitement and dork]
Ha...well, as long as you don't run outta food...
